Being a small team & because we want to enjoy your wedding day too and give it our full attention, we only book one event per date and book a limited number of events per year.
While we are happy to give estimates based on emailed requests, a face to face meeting is always preferable in order to ensure we are a good fit for your big day and to get to know one another! We want to know about your aesthetic, wedding goals, inspirations and your needs. We want to make sure we understand your likes and preferences and possibly offer some suggestions. You also need to make sure we are the right florist for you.
We offer the initial 1-hour meeting and quotation free of charge.
Please fill out our intro /contact form or call 0412 922 505 to make an appointment.
Sustainable practices
A few small decisions during the planning process can make a big difference to the environmental footprint an event makes.
When discussing your flowers, the suggestions we offer will be with this in mind, for example using locally grown in season flowers whenever possible, using reusable vessels rather than floral foam for bouquet delivery, table centrepieces and large installations.
The following tips are here to help guide you on possible flowers you want to include.
Initial call
We will send through a form for you to complete which will help with a few basic details
Book a time for the initial meeting.
Initial meeting
Allow 1 hour
Bring any photos of ideas
Have as many details with you as possible - colours, numbers, venues, times, theme (see list below for flower list ideas)
Have an approximate budget in mind

Quotation
After the meeting, we will gather the information needed and then send through a quotation/contract with a price & details
Once it is established that we both feel we are a good fit, we require a signed contract with a 30% retainer. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
We will check in again 6-8 weeks before the wedding and confirm the final details. An invoice will be sent for the balance then an order placed for the flowers.
Changes
If you are preparing well in advance of your wedding date we realise some things may change. We will contact you again closer to the wedding date to check.
Flower availability
We will do whatever we can to make sure your flowers are as close to your wish list as possible however substitutions may be necessary. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value & beauty.

What to do with flowers after the wedding
We would love for all flowers to be taken home. You've investing in making your day beautiful. While the flowers will be at their very best for the day most should last for a while longer and should be enjoyed!
Pleases note, summer heat and marquees without covers may shorten the life of flowers.
Vases will be supplied for the bridal party bouquets. Table centrepieces can be given to special guests.
Vases can be included in the quotation or if hired are to be retuned within 7 days of the wedding
The arbour flowers can be removed and taken.
If we are to pack down, we are happy to save any flowers still in good shape and delivery them to an agreed address (extra charges will apply).
