Where is Daisy Hill Flowers?
COVID 19 update & changes
It is business as usual for us & we are still delivering Wednesday - Friday (we are closed Monday & Tuesdays over winter). Our studio does not have a shop front, orders are able to be picked up by appointment. Orders are welcome online, by phone or email.
To comply with current social distancing requirements & help protect all parties, a call/text will be made beforehand whenever possible (or on delivery) & the flowers left in water, in a protected spot by the front door. Please make sure to include a contact number for the recipient especially for deliveries to secure apartment buildings. If we are unable to leave the flowers, we will contact you are soon as possible. A second delivery fee may apply.
All staff use hand sanitizer before and after each delivery. If required to meet government guidelines, face masks will be worn for all deliveries. If for any reason our staff become unwell or have any symptoms, our business will shut immediately & any outstanding orders refunded in full.
Our preference continues to be to use locally grown & Australian grown flowers whenever possible. Imported flowers are now arriving on a regular basis but there may be some varieties that are not available.
During this difficult time how wonderful to not only brighten someones day with flowers but know we have an opportunity to support our local community, family-run & small businesses. Thank you!

Do you have flowers at the studio if I want a last-minute order?
Almost always. All of our bouquets and arrangement are made to order and we are a small florist so we do sell out. If you have a specific flower or colour in mind that we don't have, it may take an extra day to order the flowers in (as long as they are in season).
Are the flowers locally grown?
Whenever possible we use flowers grown here in WA. We order from growers directly and use local wholesalers.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is available Wednesday- Friday (we are closed Monday & Tuesdays over winter & weekends) for suburbs throughout Perth metro area for all orders placed by 10.00am. If the order is urgent or after 10.00am, please give us a call and we may still be able to help.
We are closed on Mondays & Tuesday, weekends & public holidays.
Can you deliver at the time I ask for?
Unfortunately, we are not able to give exact times for delivery only am or pm. If there is a time restriction on when the flowers can be received please let us know & we will do our very best.
What types of payment do you accept?
Online orders - all credit cards are accepted through Paypal or Square
Phone orders - all credit cards are accepted
Pickups - all credit cards or cash

Is there a minimum amount for an order?
Will I receive confirmation of the order & delivery?
Whenever we can, confirmation and a photo of the arrangement will be sent to the email address provided within 48 hours of delivery. This depends on workload & so may not be possible.
What if there is no one home at the time of delivery?
We request the phone number of the recipient so we can call before delivery and schedule a delivery time. If this isn't possible, the flowers will be left in a shaded, protected position. It is our preference, particularly in summer, that flowers are not left as we like to know they have been received by the right person in the best condition possible.
Can I order from interstate or overseas?
Definitely! Place your order through our online store and include the Perth delivery address in the shipping details. Or please email us with the details of the order. An invoice will be sent with details of how to make payment either by bank transfer or through Paypal (no account required).
Can I set up a regular delivery?
Certainly. We are more than happy to provide weekly/biweekly or monthly flower deliveries. There is no charge for vases, pots or containers that we supply for corporate flowers (unless there is a breakage). We will be changing out vases/pots/containers each visit.
Gift cards - how do I purchase & how are they redeemed.
EGift cards are available for purchase through the Gift Card page.
To purchase, select an amount, enter the recipient's details, set when you would like the card delivered, and pay.
After completing checkout, you will receive a confirmation email about the purchase.
The gift card recipient then gets an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from (your name)" Their unique gift card code appears in the email.
Please note: If the sender or the recipient's email address is already in our site's contact list, the name that appears in the recipient email is the one saved.
Gift cards can be purchased for another person or yourself or both.
To redeem the card, the recipient visits our online store and finds items to purchase. During payment, they select the "Redeem a gift card" option and enter their unique gift card code. If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, the remaining cost can be paid using our regular payment methods.
At this time, the balance of a gift card is unable to be checked online.
Cards do not have an expiry date.
Cards cannot be redeemed in-store or for phone orders/purchases.

Where do you deliver?
Delivery areas are listed below. We deliver daily to homes, offices, hospitals & retirement homes (not limited to just those). Pick-up is also available by arrangement.
If you would like a delivery to an area not listed, please contact us for price & availability.
Delivery charges and areas
Delivery charges are from $15.00 for the South Perth area (suburbs in the city of South Perth) & will be added at checkout. Please check for your area and select the delivery charge at checkout. If the delivery fee chosen when placing an online order is not sufficient to cover the delivery address, an email will be sent advising of the additional amount & providing the option of a refund. If there is no response to the email within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled & a refund issued through the payment option used.

We deliver to Gooseberry Hill most weeks - please message to add a delivery to our hills run. A reduced delivery fee may apply. Delivery to the Hills is available on other days. Please contact us for a cost.
